Demo will be conducted for a team, not for an individual. A minimum of 2–3 technical members from your organization should be present during the session. This ensures proper technical evaluation and internal decision-making. Participants are requested to join the session using a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection to ensure proper visibility and interaction during the demo.

The demo will present the real-time working of TotalSheet through a practical project workflow, and it is conducted in three simple phases: Phase 1 – Overview Brief introduction to TotalSheet Understanding how the platform supports construction estimation and project operations Overview of the workflow and key features Phase 2 – Technical Demonstration Live demonstration using a practical project Specification creation based on standard construction practices (material, labour, and execution logic) BOQ preparation and cost estimation using Quantity Summary Sheet (QSS) Detailed quantity calculation using Detailed Measurement Sheet (DMS) Automatic rate analysis and cost generation Material planning and project-wise material management Inventory monitoring and material consumption tracking Material rate escalation management Additional material requirement planning and tracking Operational and administrative cost management Progressive / Running bill preparation based on work progress Weekly work progress tracking and contractor payment control Financial analysis with cost breakup (material, labour, execution) Project cost control and budget monitoring Real-time project data management and documentation Upload and tracking of site photos and quality inspection records Automated report generation, including: BOQ summary Quantity and measurement reports Material consumption reports Cost and financial reports Phase 3 – Discussion & Q&A Clarification of queries Discussion on specific requirements Next steps for implementation or evaluation Project→ Specification → Measurement → BOQ → Material Planning → Execution Tracking → Billing → Financial Control → Reporting.
