Full Time Role Overview We are looking for a technically proficient and communication-driven Corporate Software Trainer to lead structured training and deployment initiatives for the TotalSheet Construction Intelligence Platform across client organizations. This role combines technical expertise in civil engineering with professional training capabilities, ensuring successful digital adoption within construction companies, infrastructure firms, and project management teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Mastery & Certification Complete advanced training and certification in TotalSheet. Develop deep operational knowledge of deterministic rate analysis, BOQ workflows, quantity validation, and cost structuring logic. 2. Corporate Training Delivery Design and deliver structured training programs for client teams including engineers, QS professionals, project managers, and finance departments. Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions. Prepare training materials, case studies, implementation guides, and structured learning modules. 3. Client Deployment Support Assist in onboarding new client organizations. Support configuration of projects, rate structures, and workflow mapping within the platform. Align software processes with client-specific operational systems. 4. Implementation Coordination Work closely with client leadership and operational teams to ensure smooth adoption. Identify implementation gaps and recommend structured workflow improvements. Provide post-training support and performance follow-ups. 5. Adoption & Performance Monitoring Track user engagement and practical utilization of the software. Ensure correct application of rate analysis frameworks and quantity systems. Facilitate continuous improvement through feedback and structured guidance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of TotalSheet into live project environments, enabling measurable improvements in quantity control, cost monitoring, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Training & Certification Successfully complete structured training and certification in TotalSheet. Develop in-depth understanding of deterministic rate analysis, quantity workflows, and execution logic within the platform. 2. Client Deployment & Implementation Deploy TotalSheet at client organizations and project sites. Configure project data including BOQs, rate structures, resource parameters, and execution modules. Align system workflows with real-time site execution methodology. 3. Client Team Enablement Train engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, and accounts teams on platform usage. Conduct structured knowledge-transfer sessions. Provide operational demonstrations and use-case-based training. 4. On-Site Support & Coordination Act as the primary on-site TotalSheet implementation representative. Coordinate with client management and project teams for smooth adoption. Resolve technical and operational queries related to implementation. 5. Adoption & Performance Monitoring Monitor software utilization and execution accuracy at site level. Ensure proper data entry, quantity tracking, and rate validation. Support clients in achieving measurable efficiency gains and cost transparency.
