Refund Policy

TotalSheet – A Product of Utna Systems Pvt. Ltd

This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which Utna Systems Pvt. Ltd. may consider refund requests for TotalSheet subscription payments. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any paid plan.

  • Subscription payments made to TotalSheet are generally non-refundable. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are paying for access to the platform and its features for the duration of your chosen billing cycle. We recommend taking advantage of any free trial period before committing to a paid subscription.

  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

    • A technical error on TotalSheet's part resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge

    • The platform was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to TotalSheet's fault and the issue was not resolved

    • A billing error was made at the time of subscription (e.g., wrong plan charged)

     

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Failure to use the platform during the subscription period

    • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described prior to purchase

    • Requests made after the 7-day eligible claim window

  • To request a refund, you must:

    • Contact our support team within 7 calendar days of the original payment date

    • Provide your registered email address, transaction ID, and a description of the issue

     

    Requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for consideration, except in cases of billing errors identified at a later date.

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Utna Systems Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment gateway. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the platform until that date. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.

  • Utna Systems Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
